DORIC INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED LEARNING(D.I.A.L), is a social welfare society registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 ( Reg No S/IL/65952) having its registered office at Samanaya Park, Joth- Shibrampur, Maheshtala, Kolkata-700141. D.I.A.L aims at identifying the innate talents among individuals and organizing program for effective development of each individual. It plays an important role at improving the plight of the downtrodden whose upliftment is limited on account of illiteracy and absence of skilled training. Renowned personalities and educationists are attached to this organization. The vision of the organization is grounded in the belief that education is a key ingredient in the promotion of world peace.

A word from D.I.A.L

Education plays a critical role in the all round development of an individual. It helps to find out the best from an individual. It is only through education that our nation aims at self-sufficiency. The human resource in education includes human beings of all the various strata starting from the teachers, the administrators, the policy makers to that of the non-teaching section of the people in the society i.e. the commoners. Every individual has his own role to play at various levels. Each one’s role is important and significant in the progress of education and its effectiveness. Education develops human potential and increases productivity.

In the words of Vivekananda, "Education is the manifestation of perfection already present in man". This process is followed by every school administration because this would not only help the teachers to know their capabilities; develop their potentials but also would increase the overall teaching quality and standards in Schools. To prepare teacher of global standard training would serve the purpose of the best education to our coming generation and this is the motto of establishing this program.
