We believe that every child is unique and has enormous potential within them to excel. We facilitate each child to unlock their potential, develop their confidence and achieve academic excellence to be a successful citizen. Aimed at identifying and nurturing talent in the field of education and encouraging Individual creativity through problem solving, DIAL have come up with various series of tests for evaluating individual talents in the form of Olympiads. It is a premier exam in the respective field of knowledge for school students in India. The chief vision of the program is to motivate students to strive for in-depth understanding and analysis of scientific knowledge and to enhance their reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills. It is a unique contest that tests their understanding, level of knowledge, applications and power of reasoning.
Olympiads were perceived with the following as objectives:
1. Identifying talent among students in special field of education or knowledge.
2. Providing an open platform of competition to the young students.
3. Promoting excellence in their respective field.
4. Promoting excellence in their respective field.
5. To assess the conceptual understanding /clarity of the subjects.
6. To develop a feel for competitive exam which the students may pursue after schooling.
7. To assist in preparing for HOTS( Higher Order Thinking Skills) as a part of in-depth Understanding.
